Henry and Pam GiacominiHenry and Pam are third and fourth generation Californian's who have followed their familial  footsteps and continued in livestock production.  They've been married for over 25 years and dearly love their animals and the land they steward.

Their management is a blend of learning lessons from well respected old timers and new age holistic management.  They would rather spend their day in the field or on the range checking cattle on horseback, but find themselves more often than not, at the computer or in the office.

Henry and Pam operate a small family farm.  They work together to steward their land that has been in Pam's family for four generations.  Sustainability is key to their success!

HP Livestock and Hat Creek Grown

Henry GiacominiHP Livestock is the ranching side of Henry and Pam's business.  They manage irrigated pasture and hay land, as well as dry rangeland.  They make and sell high mountain grass and alfalfa hay in addition to their beef cattle.

Hat Creek Grown is Henry and Pam's new venture where they sell their quality, naturally raised beef directly to the consumer.  Henry and Pam never give their cattle artificial hormones and never feed antibiotics.  To learn more about how the beef is raised and processed, please go to "Our Cattle"
